Turquoise Talk
Passionate about Pastels
Pastel colors are proving to be one of the year's hottest trends. Personally, I adore pastels, for me they invoke images of romantic bedrooms, a beach get away, a baby's bedroom and the second most relaxing holiday of the year, Easter. You may prefer pastel colors on your Easter eggs rather than on your walls or exterior of your home but this season's array of luscious color is proving to be a big hit and may just inspire you to pull out the paint brush for a much needed spring makeover!

Adding just a pop of stronger colors makes this pastel bedroom ready for any season.
Pastels walls add a touch of whimsy to this elegant bathroom. Neutrals are used against the pastel walls, to balance out the design.
Mixing dark hardwoods with the easy and versatile Pastel Palette adds interest and elegance. Pastels give you the ability to blend natural materials such as rattans and sea grass. Mixing the darker wood surfaces with lighter shades of paint can add a masculine edge.
A British Colonial style chair by Thomas Paul, a division of Duralee, sits beside a lovely soft pastel blue wall. The bold blue fabric and the dark wood floors compliment the soft lighter blue walls.
Until we “Talk Turquoise” again, Happy Easter!
